This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of setting up and using Bigtincan Meetings with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. From connecting your calendar and scheduling meetings to logging them in your CRM and analyzing AI-powered feedback, you'll learn how to take full advantage of Bigtincan’s integrated features.

Sign in to your Microsoft Account

On the Bigtincan Meetings dashboard, select Microsoft Teams from the available scheduling options.

When scheduling a call within the MS Teams account, you can add the title and attendees to get started.

Be sure that your Meeting has the Online meeting option turned on.

Observe the scheduled meetings on the Upcoming tab on the Meeting Dashboards.
Switch to the Upcoming tab to observe scheduled MS Teams calls.
This feature helps your team stay informed about upcoming events and ensures you're fully prepared for each meeting.

Adding Files to a Meeting
In the Content section, click Add files to upload relevant documents or presentations. Select the desired files and click Add files again to attach them to the meeting.
Having all your necessary documents associated with a meeting ensures that everything is ready when needed.


Once you have added the files, you will be able to click on details and see them attached.

Log the meeting to your CRM
Open the selected meeting and click Log Meeting to document the meeting as an activity in your CRM.
Logging the meeting in your CRM automatically saves all relevant details for tracking purposes, ensuring that the meeting is tied to the appropriate client record. This keeps your CRM up-to-date and helps with follow-ups, reporting, and overall client management.

Starting a Call
You can start a brand new call by clicking the "Meet Now" button in the top right hand corner, which features quick, on-the-fly meetings when immediate discussions are needed.
As a manager, monitor your team’s active meetings from the Meeting Now section and Join the call if needed.

Record the Meeting for Post-Analysis

After the meeting ends, observe the recorded meeting on the Previous tab.

Analyzing the Meeting Summary
View the Meeting Details Summary powered by Genie AI to review the main topics and key points.

Please utilize the clickable action items that have been extracted from the call transcription.

Playback the Meeting
Access the Meeting Playback page to review the recording and speaker spotlights.
By revisiting meeting playbacks, you can learn from your interactions and use the feedback to improve future performance. It’s a great way to reflect on what worked well and where you can adjust to improve the next client interaction.

Sales Pitch Score Modal
Explore the Sales Pitch Recommendations generated by Genie AI after the meeting. Observe the strengths and weaknesses identified during the session in the Genie AI-powered summary.
These recommendations are tailored to your performance, helping you refine your sales pitch over time. The more you improve, the better your chances of success in future meetings, leading to higher win rates and increased sales.
Understanding your strengths and weaknesses helps you continuously refine your approach. By making small adjustments based on this feedback, you’ll see a big impact on the success of your meetings and overall business growth.
