Resetting Your Password - Windows App


It is not possible to reset your password through the Windows app.

If you need to reset your password you will need to go through the browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome). Please follow the guide Resetting Your Password - Web App.


If you do not remember your password you can click on Forgot your password? on the login screen.

Please note: this only applies to accounts that do not use Single Sign-On (SSO). If your account uses SSO then you need to speak to your internal IT for assistance.


Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, on the login screen, ensure your Region is set to Asia/Pacific then click Forgot your password?


On the next screen, to reset your password, enter your email address.

Click Reset.


An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. It may take a minute for you to receive the email.
