Bigtincan Meetings integrates with Salesforce and Google Calendar so all of your meeting activities are accessible and logged to CRM records.
Salesforce
The Salesforce integration allows users to log Meeting activities against Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity records in Salesforce.
How to authenticate with Salesforce:
- When in the Meetings Dashboard click on the profile menu in the top right corner, select ‘Preferences’
- Scroll down to the ‘CRM’ Section, and click ‘Connect’.
- You will be presented with a Salesforce authentication screen, enter your credentials then allow the permissions requested.
- Once permission is granted the Salesforce section will have the option to ‘Disconnect’.
Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration seamlessly creates meetings in your Google Calendar, sends invites to guests, and is updated bi-directionally once a meeting is scheduled from the Bigtincan Meetings Dashboard.
How to authenticate with Google Calendar:
- When in the Meetings Dashboard click on the profile menu in the top right corner, select ‘Preferences’
- Scroll down to the ‘Calendar’ Section, and click ‘Connect’.
- You will be presented with a Google authentication screen, choose your Google account, and allow the permissions requested.
- Once permission is granted the Google Calendar section will have the option to ‘Disconnect’ and a pencil icon which allows you to change the calendar your meetings will be created in.
Scheduled Meetings
When you schedule a meeting in Bigtincan Meetings while integrated into your Google Calendar the meeting will automatically be added to your calendar.
Any guests that you invite to the meeting will receive a calendar invitation from Google including all of your Bigtincan Meeting details.
