Modus supports a wide variety of languages including characters. Languages can be enabled in the "General" section of Media Manager. Admins can also tag languages to pieces of media. See below for instructions on how to set up language.

Setting up language for your account:
Navigate to Settings - Administration - Language Settings:
Next, navigate to the Content Languages section and tap on the number to highlight and open this section to enable languages for the account:
Once opened, users will be met with a window that will allow them to select the languages to enable. The selected language will be marked with a check. Please note that English is a default language and cannot be deselected. Once done, tap the "Save" button on this page and then the save button on the Language Settings page:
To make a language required for translation, tap into the "Required Content Languages" field:
Tap into this field and select the required language by adding a checkmark next to the language, and tap the "Save" button when done, and then once more in the Language Settings page:
By selecting this option, any group or category added to Media Manager will require a translation field for the specific language chosen.
Tagging content to languages:
To make assets available per language, tap into the asset in Media Manager, and navigate to the "Languages" section:
Open this section to locate the languages available in the account, and make your selection:
Tap the "Save" Button when done in this window and then once more in the asset page. The asset will now be available in the languages selected.
Users can also be tagged with the same language tags that are available. Navigate to the user located under User Management - Users and select the Content Languages section:
and select the languages that should be made available to the user:
The end user will have access to the same assets tagged to the same language within the application.
