Email a Group

When you have a "Group" set up you then have the ability to send an email with a link(s) to the Assets of the created group. 

To email all of the Assets within a Group, follow these steps:

1. Go to Groups. (By default, you will see the My Groups tab.)
2. Click the Radio button at the top left of the screen to share all of the files in the Group.
   • Alternatively, you can click on the Radio button next to specific Assets that you want to share.
   • Once you select the Radio button shown below...
     
     
     ... all of the files will be selected and highlighted in blue.
     
     
     
     
3. Click on the Share icon at the top-right of your screen.
4. Select the Email option. (This option enables you to share with potential or existing Customers.)
   
   
   
   
5. Your default email client will open, enabling you to type in the email addresses of the people you want to share the Assets with.
   • The email will auto-fill with the names and links of the assets. 
     
     

Note  The Links in the email are temporary, based on your company's settings. (Generally speaking, the links will work for 14-90 days, depending on your company's preferences.)
