Report a Bug or Problem

If you discover a bug or encounter a problem with the application, we want to help!

We have included a special feature that will enable you to send us a Diagnostic Report, along with some basic info about the issue you are having.

To submit a Diagnostic Report, follow these steps:

1. Go to Updates > About This App.
2. In the lower right corner of your screen, click on the Diagnostic Report link.
   
   
   
3. A pop-up will appear, while the Report generates itself.
   
   
   
4. An email will open, with the Report attached. Simply enter a brief description of the problem you are having and send us the email.
