Accessing the WebClient for the first time

This article provides detailed instructions about how to access the imSMART Sales Application from a Web browser on your desktop computer or laptop.

Important note:  Before getting started, please be sure that you are accessing the WebClient from a PC or Laptop computer.

 

Step 1 | Please use the assigned URL for your organization. 

 

Step 2 | Enter your email & password

Note: This will be the same email & password that you use to access the app.

  • If your company uses Single Sign On (SSO), you may be required to perform an extra step to satisfy the Two-factor Authentication (TFA) requirements for your company.

 

Step 3 |  Once you are logged in

  • You will see the home screen, which contains the Segments that you are assigned to. (These are the same segments that are visible to you in the Windows app and the Mobile apps for iOS or Android).
