Modus Communicate Windows app - Resetting the Windows app

Sometimes the app can unfortunately quit updating.  This can happen when there is an operating system update on a computer or tablet, or when an app version number becomes too outdated.  To refresh the app, and re-initiate a re-sync of content, please follow the below steps:

-close the app
-go into the Windows Settings -- Apps and Features and look for your app
-Push/Tap Advanced options
-Scroll down and push Reset the app -- this is essentially like an uninstall and reinstall of the app
-Note: You will have to log into the app again

Once this action has completed your app should be updated. If you find that this does not work for you, a simple uninstall/reinstall of the app will work as well.
