Media Manager - Adding and Managing Distributors in Media Manager

In many circumstances, there are 3rd parties that work to sell for our organizations that may need an alternative classification system.We have the option to add an additional attribute to users with the “Distributors” assignment.

To create a distributor, navigate to “Distributors” in the “Organize” dropdown: 

Click “Add Distributor” in the upper left corner to create a new distributor:

Administrators or user roles with the correct permission have the option to add a distributor ID, description, dealer code, and dealer name to further define details of the created distributor. Once you have all of the attributes that apply filled out, users may be added in the advanced settings below:

If the users are not yet in the system, make sure to navigate back to the specific distributor to add users as a best practice.
