Unutilized Asset Report
To find content that has not been viewed during a certain time frame, users may export an Unutilized Asset Report.
Navigate to Dashboard > Reports; then click Add Spreadsheet.
A modal will appear that will prompt users to make a selection of which report type that they will want to run. In this scenario, users will want to choose report type “Unutilized Assets”.
Name your report and add a start and end date. Use the accompanying options such as “Detailed Columns”, “Export Structure”, etc., to tailor your report. When done, tap the “save” button.
Once a user saves the report, they may find it on the list view at the bottom of the Reports page under the header “Spreadsheets”. Sort by Created Date to bring the report you just made to the top. The right side menu allows users to send the report as a subscription (paper airplane), copy the report (two pages), download the report (down arrow), or delete the report (trash can).
When sharing is chosen, a modal will pop up with timeframe options and a field for the email address of the recipient. This will set up an ongoing subscription to this report for them.
Then choose “send” or “download” from the menu items on the right hand side.
