The Brainshark Coaching Create Activity pages have been redesigned shifting the “Settings” icon features to tabs providing a modern user interface and a cohesive user experience.

Getting Started:
From the Coaching Dashboard, click the “Create” button and select either Coaching Activity or External Activity from the menu.
Coaching Activity Page Tabs
Action Buttons:
- "Save as Draft" - saves your work in process.
- "Save" - saves and publishes the activity.
General - Details, Content, Participants, Reviewers
Feedback & Grading Tab - Grading System, Feedback Categories
Automated Feedback - Automated Feedback and Advanced Feedback (toggle “on” to enable), Topic Phrases, Topics to Avoid and Metrics
More - Email Notifications, Leaderboard, Practice, Submission Types
External Activity
Action Buttons:
- “Save as Draft” - saves a draft version of the External Activity.
- “Save and Continue” - Creates the External Activity and automatically displays the added features on the “More” tab:
- Share - using the “Copy Link” button
- Download - select SCORM file format
- Participants - toggle “on” invites participants via your LMS or when sharing the link.
Page Tabs:
General - Details, Content, Participants, Reviewers
Feedback & Grading - Grading System, Feedback Categories
More - Email Notifications, Leaderboard, Practice, Submission Types
Create and Save the External Activity:
- Clicking the “Save as Draft” button creates and saves the activity as work-in-process.
- Clicking the “Save To Continue” button creates the External Activity and displays these additional features on the “More” tab:
- Share - Copy URL button
- Download SCORM file options
- Participants - automatically invite, when enabled.
- Click the “Save Changes” button to update and save the activity information.
