A quick link is like the shortcuts on your taskbar. With one click you can launch a website or open a file from a story - saving you extra steps to open content.
Click on + top right-hand corner and select quick link
Populate the Title, select a location to publish the quick link to and select either
URL - to reference a website
File - a single file the quick link should open
Form - a Hub-created form (if forms licensing has been purchased)
