Resetting Your Password - Web App

Overview

You can reset your password through your profile if you are logged in.

If you do not remember your password you can click on Forgot your password? on the login screen.

Please note: this only applies to accounts that do not use Single Sign-On (SSO). If your account uses SSO then you need to speak to your internal IT for assistance.

 

Resetting Your Password through the Web

Once logged in, in the top right hand corner you will see in a circle with either your initials or your profile picture. To access your profile and reset your password do the following:

  • Click on the circle -> Settings

 

You will then be directed to the your Settings page where you will be able to change your password from this screen.

To change your password:

  • Type in your current password
  • New password
  • Confirm the new password
  • Click on Update password to save

 

 

Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, on the login screen, click Forgot your password?

 

On the next screen, to reset your password, enter your email address.

Click Continue.

 

 

An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. It may take a minute for you to receive the email.
