How to Use Campaigns and How the Pause Function Works

ClearSlide Campaigns allow you to consistently inform or “touch” leads with the appropriate information. You can create campaigns with multiple touches that launch at different time intervals. You will also be able to pause and resume these campaigns at any time.

Create a ClearSlide Campaign:

  1. From the left-hand side of the page, click on Emails & Links.

  2. Select Campaigns from the menu.

  3. Click on the blue New Campaign button on the right-side of the page.

  4. Select a template you want to create your campaign from or start with a blank page.

  5. Once you select one of the options, click on the blue Continue button.

  6. Enter your campaign name in the Campaign Name field.

  7. If you want to save this template for future use, check off Save as Template.
  8. Choose the time you would like to launch your campaign, by selecting the date and time.

  9. Enter the recipients of the campaign into the Recipients field. You have the option of manually entering names, uploading a spreadsheet document, or selecting from a list of users.

  10. Now you will be able to edit the touch points of your campaign. Select the template for your touch by clicking on the Template drop-down menu.

  11. Select the assets you want to add to your touch, by clicking on the Asset drop-down menu.

  12. Once you have selected an asset, you will be able to select the location of where you want your asset to appear by clicking on the location drop-down menu.
    • If you wish to add more than one asset to your touch, click on +Add More. 

  13. Once you have selected your assets, you can enter a subject into the Subject field and enter your campaign’s message into the Message field.

  14. If you would like to add more than one touch, click on the blue Add Touch button.

  15. Enter the number of business days and select the time you would like this touch to launch after the first touch has been launched.
  16. Once you have finished adding touch points to your campaign, click on the blue Launch Campaign button to launch your campaign.




Pause a ClearSlide Campaign:

  1. From the left-hand side of the page, click on Emails & Links.

  2. Select Campaigns from the menu.

  3. Select the name of the campaign you wish to pause by clicking on the campaign name.

  4. Click on the blue Pause button. A notification will appear stating that you have paused your Campaign successfully.

  5. You can resume your campaign by clicking on the blue Resume button.
