How do I Share Multiple Assets in Create Link?

From the Create Link tab, click on Use Multiple Assets. This will allow you to share multiple assets in a single link.

NOTE: When sharing multiple assets in one link, they will appear as one continuous presentation when being viewed by the recipient

This article will explain to you how to create a Microsite in ClearSlide. Microsites allow users to send multiple links at once.

Click on Emails and Links on the left navigation bar.
Click Create Link in the upper right-hand corner.
Underneath Choose Asset, users will see Use Multiple Assets. Click Multiple Assets.
In each of the four boxes, select the relevant assets the user would like to send.
Type in the customer name.
Type in the recipient's name.
Choose the desired Advanced Options.
- In Advanced Options, a user can mark a number of features to apply to their Link. The features include:
  - Send View Alerts. This option allows a user to decide whether or not they want to receive a view alert once someone opens up their link.
  - Include Lead Form. Here you are able to attach a lead form to a link. This way a user will know if their link has been forwarded to anyone.
  - Download Option. With the Download Option, recipients are allowed to download the link sent to them.
    - Note: If a link is downloaded, users will not be able to receive analytics behind the link.
  - Link Should Automatically Expire. If a user has time-sensitive information, this would be a good option for them.
  - Don't Allow Forwards. Recipients will not be allowed to forward links.
Once you are ready, click Create Link.
You can copy and paste it into an email or a social media post.
