Yes!
Once in a Live Meeting, use the "Search or Browse Content" search bar at the top of your screen to find additional Assets to use in your Meeting. Once you click the search bar, a dropdown will appear that displays your Recent Assets, Favorites, etc. It is meant to mimic the display that you see in the main Content area of ClearSlide. Should you need to access additional Assets that are not displayed in the dropdown, click "Browse All Content" to see other Assets.
Note that your Meeting participants cannot see this dropdown (unless you are sharing your screen), so you can browse for the correct Asset in privacy.
