Acceptable Content File Formats

The iOS app supports the following file formats: 

1. Images (jpeg, .png, .bmp)
2. Documents (.pdf, .doc, docx)
3. Video (.mov, .mp4, .m4v, .m4a)
4. Audio (.mp3)
5. Presentations (.ppt, .pptx)
6. Spreadsheets (.xls, .xlsx)
7. iWork (.key, .numbers, .pages)

All file types can be shared via the iOS app or opened in a native iOS application, however the ability to share a PDF can be restricted by the administrator on a per item basis if required.

The Web App supports the following file formats

1. Images (jpeg, .png, .bmp)
2. Documents (.pdf)
3. Video (.mov, .mp4, .m4v, .m4a)
4. Audio (.mp3)

Other files will be downloaded to the users device.

Files that are required to be downloaded in the Web App for viewing

1. Spreadsheets (.xls, xlsx)
2. iWork content
3. Audio (.mp3)
4. Presentations (.ppt, .pptx)

Other files types that do not require downloading in the Web App are: Video files, .pdf files, and image files such as jpeg, .png, and .bmp.
