How to Remove/Hide Support Link

If an admin wants to remove the Support link functionality, so users can’t submit support requests via email, follow the steps listed below:

  • Navigate to the left side menu, and select Platform Configuration
  • Select Configuration Bundles
  • Click the Use the v4 web app link in the center of the screen (under the wheelborrow).  This will open a new tab on the Configuration Bundles screen.
  • Find the configuration bundle you want to edit, and click the paper/pencil edit button (to the left of the garbage can)
  • Scroll to the UI section, and find Support Link.
  • Uncheck the box for Support Link
  • Click Save (in the upper right of the Edit configuration bundle screen).
