The external integrations settings allows the user to connect to, and access their cloud repository and CRM accounts in the Bigtincan Hub. If users are allowed to access their cloud repository accounts, they can access files and attach them to the content present in the Hub. If users are allowed to access their CRM accounts, they can access the contacts present in their CRM account and use them in the Hub.
