Getting Started with CRM Integrations

Integrate the company's CRM account with the Bigtincan Hub. Integrating the CRM account with the Hub enables seamless exchange of data relating to contacts, events/meetings, opportunities and more. CRM integrations makes content creation that much more effective. Also, any interaction of CRM users with their contacts will be tracked in the CRM system. Administrators can enable or disable CRM accessibility to users in their Configuration Bundle settings. If using navigate to Platform Configuration > CRM Integration to access this page. If using, navigate to CRM Integration.

CRM integration with the Hub allows the user to:

  • Use contacts from the CRM account to share content
  • Use CRM based opportunity stages in the Hub
  • Follow up on tasks and events based on the content shared from the Hub
