Social IQ Badges

Based on the weights assigned to user actions, Bigtincan calculates the scores. These scores have a range of 0-100. For ease of identification and to get a broad overview of a user's score, administrators can use user badges.   

User badges are calculated based on the range of scores that you set. To add a new badge:

1. Click Add Badges. Give the new badge a color and an appropriate name. 

2. Use the sliders to define the score range for each badge. 

3. Click Save.
