Social IQ Badges

Based on the weights assigned to user actions, Bigtincan calculates the scores. These scores have a range of 0-100. For ease of identification and to get a broad overview of a user's score, administrators can use user badges.   

User badges are calculated based on the range of scores that you set. To add a new badge:

1. Navigate to the Platform Configuration > Gamification section. 

2. Select Social IQ Badges

3. Click Add User Badge at the bottom. Give the new badge a color and an appropriate name. 

4. Use the sliders to define the score range for each badge. 

5. Click Save.
