How to Clear a Story Flag

Overview

A flag feature allows a user to flag a Story for follow-up purposes. Once a story is flagged, an admin must clear the flag in order to unlock the ability to edit that story.

*Note: In order to flag a story a user must be a part of a configuration bundle that has "can flag" enabled.

Clearing the Flag

1. Open the story in question and click on the flag next to the story name
2. Click on Clear Flags

    3. Type in the reason for removing a flag (example: flagged issue has been fixed)

     4. Click on Clear Flags

     5. Admins can now edit this story
