PDF documents added to Bigtincan Hub can contain hyperlinks to other content located within Bigtincan Hub and outside as well. Embedded hyperlinks need to follow standard URL formatting (http:// and https://). Please note that linking to existing Bigtincan Hub Stories can be done using the same URL convention as Bigtincan Hub supports Universal links allowing your Bigtincan Hub client to be directed to the content without a special type of URL.
PDF’s made from Microsoft Office documents must be exported using the “Best for electronic distribution” option to ensure that the embedded links are retained during export (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/save-or-convert-to-pdf-or-xps-d85416c5-7d77-4fd6-a216-6f4bf7c7c110)
