Adding Metadata to Stories

Overview

Adding Metadata to stories will generate more meaningful reports in the CRM system. A user can add Marketing and Metadata Keywords.

Adding Metadata

1. Click the "Metadata" Tab and the top of the Create Content Page. 
2. To add a Metadata Keyword: 
   1. Click on either "Add Marketing Field" or "Add CRM Field" based on your requirement. 
3. Select appropriate Property. 
4. Designate appropriate Value. 
5. Click Add to finalize and repeat for all Metadata Words.
