Selecting the Stories tab under the Create Menu will direct users to a new story creation. Here users can work through an entirely customizable story set up starting with the story's title.
Title
To name/edit the name of a story, users will tap the the title labeled "Tap to Edit Content title." Users will type the desired title.
Cover Art
Directly below the title, a user can add cover art relevant to their story. Simply tap the button "Add Cover Art" and users will be redirected to the image library. Here users can browse images based on a variety of categories such as " Business" or "Charts" and many more. Users also can browse all images, by tapping the first tab titled "All Uploaded Images."
Once a user has found an image they would like to display, they simply tap the image and the image will appear as the new cover art. User's can change the cover art at anytime.
Options
Selecting the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the cover art will prompt users to the Options Menu. This menu includes several toggle options including:

Password Protected | If enabled, this requires other users to provide a password before accessing the story. |
Sharing | If enabled, the story can be shared. *There are additional sharing customizations. Tap the "Additional Options" tab directly below the sharing toggle and users will see 1. Native Device Sharing: If enabled, users can share the story through methods available to their device. such as email, social media, and more. There are options to add a LinkedIn and Twitter profile. 2. Limit # of downloads per file: If enabled, the author can define how many times a file can be shared. 3. Expire links to files in # days: If enabled, the author can define how many days the files are able for sharing. 4. Description Sharing: If enabled, the description will be included when the story is shared. |
Annotating | If enabled, allows users to make notes on the story. |
Enable Publish Time | If enabled, the author can specify a particular time they want the story to be published. |
Enable Expiry Time | If enabled, the author specifies how much time will lapse before the story is archived. |
Notifications | If enabled, any updates or edits will appear to users following the story. |
Meetings
In the bottom right corner of the cover art, user's can select the calendar icon and add any meetings associated with the story. Tap the "+" symbol in the top right of the meetings page and a user will see options to set a meeting. They will specify the meeting name, whether or not the meeting will last all day, and the start and end time. Tap Add in the top right of the page to save the meeting.
Select Channel
Users must designate which channel they would like their story to appear. By tapping the "Select Channel Tab" directly below the cover art, users will navigate through the Tab > Channel hierarchy to select the channel.
Description
Users can add a description in the section directly below the "Select Channels" tab. Tap anywhere in the section and be directed to a page with a text box. Tap the text box and begin typing the description.
Users have options such as Font Type, Size, Boldness, Italicized and Underline by tapping the Bolded B in the toolbar.
User's can also customize text and background color of the description by tapping the Paint Bucket Icon.
User's can customize alignment, indentations and add bullets or numbers by tapping the Alignment Icon.
When tapping the Ellipses Icon, users can insert a link to outside website by copying the web address and pasting it into the text box provided.
Tapping the Keyboard Icon at the very left of the toolbar brings the keyboard back so users may continue editing the description.
The Orange Triangle makes the keyboard and the toolbar disappear.
Tap the Save button in the top right corner of the page to save the description.
Add Files
Just below the description, users have the ability to add a variety of files to the story. Tap the "+" symbol in the top right corner of the "Add Files" section. Here, users have a variety of options to add.

Files | Users may browse the existing files in the Hub and add them to their story. They simply navigate through the Tabs > Channels > Stories > Files until they find the desired file. Select the file and tap the "Add" button at the top right of the menu. |
Record Audio | Users may also add a voice recording to their story in this option. Select the red button in the center of screen, allow the timer to begin counting up. When complete, click the red square. After a successful recording, users can playback by tapping the Play button to the left of the red circle. Once the recording is ready, users will tap the "Attach" button to the right of the red circle. |
Take Photo or Video | Users have the option to record a video, or take a picture from with their device and add the product to the story. Users will tap whichever option (photo or video) they desire to attach by selecting either "Photo" or "Video" towards the bottom of the screen. Tap the center button to either take a photo or start recording. Tap the same button to stop recording. Tap the top left Lightening Bolt icon to adjust flash settings. Tap the bottom right Camera Icon with reverse symbol to switch directions of the camera. Once a user has recorded/taken a photo, they can review the content and decide to either retake or use photo by tapping the corresponding options at the bottom of the screen. |
Choose from Library | If a user has a photo or video already in their device's library, they can attach it through this option. A user will tap this tab and be directed to their device's photo library. They will select the desired photo and it will be attached to the file. |
External Files | A user can add external files that have been saved to their device through this option. By default, recent files will appear, however, a user can select the browse folder at the bottom of the screen to browse all possible files, or use the search bar at the top of the screen. |
Custom File Detail |
Custom File Details is an additional field enabled by administrators to be used by publishers who are responsible for managing files in the platform. The flexible field allows publishers to add information relevant to your content or content workflows. Files with this field enabled will present a checkmark next to the file title similar to the following: For more information on Custom File Detail implementation see General. |
All the added files will appear, in order they were added, in the "Add Files" section.
Add Tags
Users can add tags to their story. This will help other users find their story if relevant to the search. By tapping the Add Tags bar at the bottom of the screen a user can either type their own tag, or select from the list of suggested tags. Users can add as many tags as they see fit.
Once the story is complete, users must finalize their progress by tapping the "Publish" button in the top right corner of the screen.
