Navigate to Platform Configuration > Users and select All Users located under Groups:
- Using the Pencil Icon select User Default Settings. A pop up window will appear. Scroll down to Device Storage Limit
- Check the Limit Cache Size and enter a limit in the Available for Bigtincan Hub box:
- This limit can be preset for all New Users or an Administrator can update for all Existing Users by checking the Update Existing Users box
- Click Save
