Pitchbuilder Documents and Presentations

The Pitch Builder Document feature is a way for users to compile multiple files from the Hub into a single document or Presentation. Pitch Builder allows users to create customized PDF or PPT documents using pages or slides in other shareable files already available to them. User's will begin by Selecting the Pitch option in the Create Menu or by selecting Add to New Pitch when a file is already open. From there users can select which pages they would like to include in their new file, add pages from other files, and save the Pitch to a location to which they have publishing rights. 

Users will select the the "Pitch" tab and will be redirected to a new page. Here, users will begin the selection of files they wish to compile. By selecting the "Browse" button on the bottom right corner of the screen, they will navigated through Tabs, Channels, Stories, and select individual files.

Once all desired pages from all files have been selected, users will select "Add Pages" button at the top right of the window.

After selecting the "Add Pages" button, users will be prompted to the following screen:

Users will designate which option they wish to format the selected files. 

Presentation offers a powerpoint display of the files. 

Document offers a single combined document of the files.
