Step by Step
From Gmail
1. Compose a new email and click on the Veelo icon.
2. Select the content you'd like to share by clicking on the checkboxes. Click on Insert Links when done.
3. Continue writing your email and send it whenever ready.
NOTE: Do not attempt to edit the links; the text and style must remain intact in order for the tracking to work.
From Outlook
1. Compose a new email and click on the Veelo icon.
2. Select the content you'd like to share. Click on Insert Links when done.
3. Continue composing your email, and send when you're ready.

From Veelo
You can share content through Veelo by generating a trackable link.
1. Click on the Share icon.
2. Make sure you're in the Copy Link to Clipboard section of the share window. Enter a recipient name so you can track this particular share. Add an expiration date on the bottom left to control how long your content will be accessible to your prospect or customer. The default provided is six months. Click on the Generate Link button when done to generate a custom trackable link. Click on Copy Link, then paste it into your email when done.
NOTE: Leaving the recipient name blank will result in all your notifications and activity logs for this particular sharing activity will say "Somebody" instead of a specific name or email.
