How do I edit the new user email template?

The New User email template can only be updated by someone with Company Administrator privileges. This is the email that will go out when adding users either individually or in bulk.

To edit the New User Email Template:

  1. Navigate to Administration.
  2. On the Company card, click General settings:
  3.  On the left side menu, select Manage Templates > Email Templates:mceclip1.png
  4. Scroll down to the New User Email section and make your desired changes.
  5. Click Submit.

*Note: Below is the list of valid replacement parameters you may use in the email body. Please note that these values are case-sensitive.

  • {{FirstName}}
  • {{LoginDirectory}}
  • {{UserName}}
  • {{Password}}
  • {{CompanyName}}
