Since Limited enrollment courses will not show in the Course Catalog and users enrolled in the course will see it under My Enrollments, Company Administrators will be able to find a Limited enrollment course through Administration.
As a Company Administrator, follow the steps below to locate the Limited enrollment course:
- Go into Administration
- On the Content card, select Mange Content
- Locate the course
- Click the 3 vertical dots on the right hand side (Actions column)
- Click Edit Course
- The enrollment setting can be found towards the bottom of the course information page.
*Note: Any user who is a group manager will be able to see all courses and curriculums within the course catalog.
