Content Authors, Folder Administrators, Learning Administrators, and Company Administrators can run the Viewer Clickpath Details and Viewer Clickpath Summary Reports under Brainshark Reporting. If you run the report for a date range older than a year, it will result in the following error: "Invalid date range; start date cannot be older than [Date] for this report."
Clickpath Reports can only be run for up to a year previous to the current date. To resolve this error, you will need to narrow the date range to within a year of today's date. If you would like to request this functionality, we recommend visiting our Product Suggestion forum.
