Does changing the completion criteria for a course retroactively mark users as completed?

At this time, if you decrease the completion criteria within a course (such as changing Percentage of Audio Played from 100% to 90%), users who originally reached those requirements before the criteria was changed will still have to review the course in order to successfully meet completion criteria.

If Resume Views is enabled the user will be able to resume viewing the presentation from where they left off originally.
