Do I need to download a new SCORM package for my LMS?

SCORM packages do not need to be re-downloaded when you make edits to your presentation content or completion criteria. 

Those edits will carry through to the SCORM version on your LMS. 

*Note: The exception to the above is when changing your Brainshark login directory or implementing a redirect.
