Why does my guest audio request have a status of 'cancelled'?

When requesting guest audio, content authors may see a status of 'cancelled' after sending a new voice request.

 

A guest audio request will change to a status of cancelled when a new guest voice request is sent for the same presentation prior to the completion of the first request. Currently, only one guest audio request per presentation is allowed at one time. 

If you have more than one person narrating, we recommend you create a separate Brainshark for each person containing only the slides you want them to record. This way you don't have to wait for each person to finish before you send the next person a request, and more importantly you also avoid the risk of someone accidentally recording over someone else's slides. Once everyone has submitted their recordings, you can bring them all together into one Brainshark using the Merge Content feature.
