Users will be able to share presentations from the Content tab using the Share button (see below) if the presentation has the correct setting enabled. A content author, a Company Administrator, or an enhanced Folder Administrator can enable this setting for a presentation.
To enable the "Share" button for a presentation on the Content tab:
- Edit the presentation.
- Select the Options tab.
- Enable the setting E-mail invitation to view presentation.
- Save.
*Note: The user will need to hover their mouse over the desired presentation before the Share icon becomes visible.
