The Presentation Sharing email will be sent when you use the "Share" feature in your Home and My Content tabs to invite people to view a presentation. The default template used can be updated by a Company Administrator through their Administration tools.
To update your existing template:
- Navigate to your Administration tools by selecting your user profile in the top-right corner
- In the 'Company' card, select Manage Templates
- Scroll down to the Sharing Email section to edit the email introduction and closing statement (up to 1,024 characters each)
- Click Apply at the bottom of this page to save your changes
Below is the list of valid replacement parameters you may use in the e-mail body and footer. Please note that these values are case-sensitive.
