How to Edit the Presentation Sharing Email Template

The Presentation Sharing email will be sent when you use the "Share" feature in your Home and My Content tabs to invite people to view a presentation. The default template used can be updated by a Company Administrator through their Administration tools.

To update your existing template:

  1. Navigate to your Administration tools by selecting your user profile in the top-right corner
  2. In the 'Company' card, select Manage Templates
  3. Scroll down to the Sharing Email section to edit the email introduction and closing statement (up to 1,024 characters each)
  4. Click Apply at the bottom of this page to save your changes


Below is the list of valid replacement parameters you may use in the e-mail body and footer. Please note that these values are case-sensitive.
