- Support Only articles are for Support processes, Support-specific troubleshooting, or articles other departments do not need to see.
- Agents and Admin is for internal articles that all Brainshark departments can see.
- Publish in Section: Check that the appropriate section is selected
- Open for Comments: Yes - check the box
- Promote Article: No - do not check the box
- Author: Change to Brainshark Support
- Owner: Assign the original author/creator as the owner
- Labels: 3 labels max (1 label should be the main category, 1-2 article-specific labels *limit labels to 2 words max)
