How to Edit the Course with sessions reminder email Template


The Course with Sessions Reminder E-mail will be sent out to remind a user of the session(s) they have selected. The Course with Sessions Reminder E-mail template can be updated by a Company Administrator.

To update your existing template: 

  • Navigate to Administration
  • Click on Learning > Manage Templates
  • Click on the Course Events Tab
  • Scroll down to the "Course with sessions reminder email" template and make the desired changes
  • Click Submit

NOTE: Below is the list of valid replacement parameters you may use in the e-mail body and subject line. Please note that these values are case-sensitive.
