How to create a course from an existing presentation

To create a course from an existing presentation, please see the steps below: 

  • Navigate to the Learning tab.
  • Select Authoring from the drop-down menu.
  • In the drop-down menu Click on Create Course.
  • Select Use Existing Presentation.
  • Click Find to select an existing presentation.
  • A separate search page will open where you can search via folder, presentation ID or presentation title.
  • Select the title of the presentation.
  • Click Submit.

Tip: If you are having trouble finding a presentation, go back to the edit mode of the presentation and check the security tab to ensure you have the feature Allow authors to copy enabled.
