Currently, there is no functionality in Brainshark for users to edit the body text of a completion certificate email.
If you would like to request this functionality, we recommend visiting our Product Suggestion forum. In our Product Suggestion forum, you can submit requests and vote on suggestions other Brainshark users have made, as well as subscribe to them for updates.
There is functionality for Company Administrators and Learning Authors to modify the certificate message on the Brainshark Template completion certificate.
