Why is my question background defaulting to a 4:3 aspect ratio?

Sometimes when trying to upload a question background image, you may find the aspect ratio automatically changing to 4:3 when your original image is displayed in another ratio outside of Brainshark. This can occur when an image is uploaded that is not a supported size.

In order to ensure your image is uploaded with your desired aspect ratio, the image must be in a JPG, PNG or GIF format and be sized at 720x540 pixels or 720x405 pixels.

• An image that is 720x540 pixels will upload in a 4:3 aspect ratio.
• An image that is 720x405 pixels will upload in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
