When attempting to share Brainshark content in Salesforce you will sometimes see a lock icon covering the checkbox to share the content.
This is caused by a setting not being enabled for a Brainshark presentation. In order to ensure the presentation can be share you need to follow the below instructions:
- Login to Brainshark
- Edit the presentation
- Navigate to the options tab
- E-mail invitation to view presentation
- Apply / Save
