SFDC Sharing: Why can I not share this presentation in Salesforce?

When attempting to share Brainshark content in Salesforce you will sometimes see a lock icon covering the checkbox to share the content.



This is caused by a setting not being enabled for a Brainshark presentation. In order to ensure the presentation can be share you need to follow the below instructions:

  1. Login to Brainshark
  2. Edit the presentation
  3. Navigate to the options tab
  4. E-mail invitation to view presentation
  5. Apply / Save
