If you are an Author of a Presentation and/or Learning Course and do not see the "Add A Question" option under the Things you can do menu while in Edit Presentation, your Company Administrator will need to review your Brainshark User Profile.
In your User Profile, your Company Administrator will need to review your User Privileges and confirm that the setting, User can create questions is enabled.
