How do I add participants to the existing stand-alone coaching activity?

A coaching activity creator or a head coach can add new participants to the existing/ live stand-alone coaching activity. 

To add new participants to a stand-alone coaching activity: 

  1. Navigate to the Coaching tab.
  2. Find the activity and select the three dots (ellipses) on the right and select Edit Activity.

  3. Click the red plus sign to the Right of the Participants:

  4. Select the new Participant by clicking on their Name. Note: you can also select the Group by selecting Groups, then clicking on the name of the group you'd like to add
  5. And click Save.
  6. Click Send on the bottom right corner to save all changes and send invitations to new participants.

Note: If the activity is a Coaching course, the enrollments would need to be added under the Learning tab on the My Enrollments page of the course.
