Users with a monitor resolution of 1366x768 will not be able to record a Coaching Activity Response. This is an unsupported resolution.
As a workaround, adjusting your monitor to a different resolution will allow you to submit your video.
The steps of how to do this in Windows 10 are as follows:
- Click the Start button.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Select System.
- Click Advanced display settings.
- Click on the menu under Resolution.
- Select the desired resolution.
- Click Apply.
