Machine Analysis is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered engine designed to augment reviewer feedback on coaching activities by generating a machine score for video submissions. Machine Analysis provides automated insights into a representative’s performance based on the following criteria:
- Rate of Speech (Words per Minute)
- Filler Word Percentage
- Duration
- Grade Level
Machine Analysis is part of Brainshark Coaching and can be activated at the site level if your organization has Coaching included in their Brainshark plan.
